Vectr is a vector-based illustration and graphic design application available both as a web app as well as downloadable desktop software (Windows and Mac).

Vectr allows to easily annotate and share designs you are working on and viewers can see changes to them in real-time. Final work is output in .png, .jpg or .svg file formats.

My comment: Easy, simple and intuitive interface make this app a good solution to create mockups, design drafts as well as final designs for ads, promotions and other types of marketing materials.
